of the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic:
§ 31

Collection of Findings and Rulings

(1) The decisions of the Constitutional Court shall be accessible via the Internet.

(2) The decisions of the Plenary Session of the Constitutional Court and the decisions of the Senates of the Constitutional Court shall be published in the Collection of Findings and Rulings of the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic ("Collection of Findings"). The Plenary Session of the Constitutional Court or the Senate of the Constitutional Court might decide on not publishing the decision in the Collection of Findings.

(3) The names of judges who decided the case shall be published in the Collection of Findings.

(4) The statement and the substantive content of decision reasoning shall be published. The abbreviation of names of persons and local names shall be published in the Collection of Findings, i.e. their initials.
