Acces to Information
The request for the access to information pursuant to Art. 14 section 2 of Act no. 211/2000 Coll. on Free Access to Information and on Amendments to Certain Acts (Freedom of Information Act), as amended, it must be clear to which obliged person it is addressed, the name, surname, name or business name of the requesting person, his/her address or registered office the request concerns and how the requesting person proposes to disclose the information.
