"Freedom of Expression and Its Limits – 4th Constitutional Days"

The key aim was to focus on freedom of expression and its limits in the decision-making of international judicial institutions, in particular the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights. The participants addressed the decision-making of the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic and other constitutional courts, in particular the constitutional courts of the V4 countries. The conference also focused on the analysis of the decisions of these judicial bodies and the key issues arising from them.
The invitation to the conference was accepted by Pavel Rychetský, President of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic, Marica Pirošíková, Representative of the Government of the Slovak Republic before the ECHR, Ondej Hvišč, Prosecutor of the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Prešov. The invitation to the event was accepted by experts from practice, researchers as well as representatives of the academia from the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
