Non-accessible content

The content listed below is non-accessible due to non-compliance with Act No. 95/2019 Coll. and Decree No. 78/2020 Coll. on Standards for Information Technologies in Public Administration:

  • Some images do not have meaningful alternative text – the alternative text contains only the file name (criterion 1.1.1).
  • Some content lacks a correct semantic structure – some lists are not marked up as lists, some tables do not have defined headers, and some PDF documents are not tagged (criterion 1.3.1).
  • In forms, the purpose of the input fields for email address and telephone number is not programmatically determined (criterion 1.3.5).
  • Some texts and links do not have sufficient colour contrast against the background (criterion 1.4.3).
  • Some information is published as scanned PDF documents without a text layer (criterion 1.4.5).
  • When viewed on narrow screens, some content can only be accessed by scrolling in two dimensions (criterion 1.4.10).
  • Some non-text elements (form field borders, carousel control arrows) do not have sufficient contrast (criterion 1.4.11).
  • The photo gallery creates a keyboard trap – keyboard users are unable to move focus away from it (criterion 2.1.2).
  • The automatically rotating banners in the homepage carousel cannot be paused, stopped or hidden (criterion 2.2.2).
  • Some pages (press release details) and PDF documents do not have a unique or descriptive title (criterion 2.4.2).
  • In some forms, the logical keyboard focus order is not preserved (criterion 2.4.3).
  • Some extensive PDF documents do not have bookmarks to facilitate navigation within the document (criterion 2.4.5).
  • Some PDF documents have an incorrectly set primary document language (criterion 3.1.1).
  • Some foreign-language passages do not have a programmatically determined language (criterion 3.1.2).
  • For some elements (pagination in the News section), a change of context occurs when the element receives keyboard focus (criterion 3.2.1).
  • File download links are not presented consistently across the website (criterion 3.2.4).
  • In some forms, mandatory fields are not visually indicated (criterion 3.3.2).
  • Some user interface components (the photo gallery close button, the active side menu item) do not have a programmatically determinable name, role, or state (criterion 4.1.2).
  • Some link texts are not meaningful (e.g. “download”, “this link”, a link in the form of a URL address) – Section 16(f) of Decree No. 78/2020 Coll.
  • Links to files of a type other than a web page (PDF) do not include information about the format and size of the target file – Section 18(i) of Decree No. 78/2020 Coll.

Preparation of this accessibility statement

This statement was prepared on 5 January 2024.

The assessment of the website’s compliance with the requirements of Act No. 95/2019 Coll. on Information Technologies in Public Administration, the relevant implementing regulations, and Directive (EU) 2016/2102 was carried out by the Ministry of Investments, Regional Development and Informatization of the Slovak Republic using the simplified monitoring methodology during the evaluation period from 21 to 28 May 2026.
